About Me

Hi everyone!

My name is Valley Urricelqui and I am a high school Agriculture Teacher!

When I am not at school you can find me doing a variety of extracurricular activities. I love to spend time with friends and family, go to the gym, spend time on our ranch and most importantly EAT! I am a past National Beef Ambassador. As a Beef Ambassador I had a very important role to promote and help shine a brighter light on the agriculture Industry, which is something I still practice today in the classroom .

As a National Beef Ambassador, I traveled across the country to represent the beef industry in order to educate people on the nutritional, economic, and environmental benefits of beef. Today, I take my knowledge and enthusiasm into the classroom and educate youth on the importance of the livestock and agriculture industry.

As a fifth-generation cattle rancher in Northeastern California, I have grown such a large passion for the agriculture industry. I want people to understand that you don’t have to have an agricultural background to support agriculture. We are a dying breed and it’s more important now than ever for people to understand where their food comes from and that it is safe, wholesome and nutritious.

I am so excited to announce the start of a new part of this site, my photography page! @westerncowbelle_photog I can’t wait to take you all on this journey with me while I capture the western lifestyle through my lenses!

Talk soon!

  1. Valley, you are a perfect example of why we committed our company, Bloom, to a $1,000,000 longterm partnership with FFA
Giving back 80% of every fundraising dollar we generate with chapters and national FFA was an easy decision
and it’s because we believe in the FFA mission and great young leaders like you. Stay the course, this country needs “difference makers” stepping up and out”!
